Clinton’s flooring journey started long before the showroom opened its doors in Mint Hill. He has spent decades learning every angle of the trade from hands-on installs, showroom sales and in-home measurements, warehouse management, and all aspects of the ever changing flooring industry. Being a part of every role taught him how to see not just what a space is, but what it could be. That eye for transformation is what drives Front Row Flooring today.
He’s the kind of owner who still delivers sample boards to a customer's home, double checks a measurement, or hops on the forklift when a delivery needs to be moved. But beyond the daily grind, Clinton’s real focus is building something bigger, building a company culture that is rooted in growth, gratitude, and community. Every person on the Front Row team is part of that story, treated like family, and encouraged to bring their own ideas to the table as the business continues to grow. Heather Wilson is your local flooring specialist with a heart for home and a passion for community. With more than 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, Heather has built her career on helping families and businesses create spaces that are both beautiful and practical. Her extensive background in sales, customer care, project management, and operations allows her to guide customers confidently through every stage of the flooring process.
As Operations Manager, Heather is often described by us as the backbone of Front Row Flooring. She oversees daily operations, supports the sales team, coordinates projects, manages marketing initiatives, and somehow keeps the endless stream of paperwork, scheduling, and behind-the-scenes details moving forward seamlessly. While she may be the one drowning in paperwork, she also has a remarkable way of making the swim look easy.
Heather is one of the faces many of our customer know best. Whether she's assisting clients in the showroom, coordinating projects, meeting with realtors and builders, or delivering the customer appreciation gifts and community outreach programs that Front Row Flooring is known for, she takes enormous pride in representing the company she built with us and serving the community she loves.
Born and raised in the Charlotte and Mint Hill area, Heather is deeply connected to her community. She is faith-filled, family-first, and passionate about supporting local businesses and neighbors. Gloria Hall is a native Charlottean who currently lives in Matthews with her husband and their son and daughter. Rounding out the family is their retired racing greyhound Ella and two snakes! After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication at East Carolina, Gloria worked for many years in healthcare in Human Resources.
Gloria has worked in flooring since 2016 and has been in sales since 2019. When Gloria is not helping her customers find fantastic new hardwood, carpet, LVP, laminate or custom rugs or stair runners, she likes trying new restaurants and recipes, traveling, and acting regularly as an extra in locally-produced movies! Haley Garrison graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. She spent 11 years as a Buyer for Macy's and Belk Department stores in Atlanta, New York, and Charlotte - focusing on Home Furnishings and Women's Apparel. While in New York, she reconnected with a UGA grad, whom she married after moving to Charlotte.

Tony Huneycutt brings over 30 years of flooring experience to the Front Row Flooring team, with a career built on trust, consistency, and long-standing industry relationships. He specializes in working alongside realtors, builders, and restoration companies, helping guide projects from planning to completion with confidence and ease.
Tony’s reputation in the industry speaks for itself. His depth of knowledge and relationship-first approach have made him a go-to resource for professionals across the region. In fact, Clinton has worked with Tony since they crossed paths in 2002 which is a testament to the trust and respect Tony has earned over decades.
Outside of the showroom, Tony is also a professional musician who continues to perform live with his band, bringing the same passion and energy to the stage that he brings to his work every day. Roy Barnes is a proud graduate of East Tennessee State University and has called the Charlotte area home since 1979. Originally from Bristol, Tennessee, Roy has an incredible 37-year career in the flooring industry. Roy brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and steady professionalism to every project he touches. He especially excels in new construction, where he has built a strong reputation for reliability and expertise.
Roy is known for his easygoing nature, strong work ethic, and the kind of practical knowledge that only comes from decades in the flooring industry. Whether he's helping bring a new construction project to life or fostering relationships with customers and industry partners, Roy leads with authenticity, care, and pride in his work. His steady presence and genuine personality are a true asset to the Front Row Flooring family.

Steve French is the familiar face you'll likely see the moment you walk through the doors of Front Row Flooring. With more than 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, much of it spent working alongside owner Clinton Lingerfeldt. Steve has developed a well-rounded understanding of every aspect of the business. Over the years, he has worn many hats, from assisting installation crews in the field and helping manage daily warehouse operations to guiding customers through the flooring selection process in the showroom. This hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective and allows him to confidently help customers find the right flooring solutions for their homes and businesses.
Today, Steve plays a key role in residential restoration projects, as well as sales and showroom operations. Whether he's welcoming customers, answering product questions, coordinating projects behind the scenes, or out in the field taking measurements, his goal is always the same: making the flooring process easy, informative, and stress-free. His friendly personality, industry knowledge, and commitment to customer service make him one of the most recognizable and trusted members of the Front Row Flooring team.
